Cattle Slaughter Equipment:

Slaughtering/Sticking 
One-stop Engineering provides two ways for slaughtering cattle: 
·        Traditional stunning for sticking 
·        Ritual slaughtering (such as Halal) 
 
Bleeding 
After quick sticking, the cattle should fully bleed for good meat quality. The blood can be either collected for sales or disposed according to market demand and customer requirement. And the bleeding line has two options: 
·          Automatic bleeding rail line 
·          Manual bleeding rail line
 
Dressing 
Cattle dressing mainly has several processes: 
·        Dehiding 
·        Opening brisket 
·        Taking out offals 
·        Trimming
Those steps require different fixed and rise& fall work platforms to help the operators to do their job. OE can customize them based on different needs for clients. 
  
Inspection
One-stop Engineering has two systems that can achieve synchronous inspection of carcass, head, white offals and red offals:
·         Simplified hanging system
·         Advanced floor-supported system
    
Splitting and Quartering
These two processes are optional, depending on the end products of clients.
  
Deboning and Cutting
Deboning and cutting can choose high automation and lower automation according to the slaughter capacity and actual need.

PLC Central Control System
This system can achieve remote control of all slaughter equipments and rail line at same place. This makes the control very easy and convenient. Famous brand electric elements.

1.      Lairage (Stabling/Pen) 
The lairage facility should consider many aspects such as local environment, slaughter capacity, wise cattle grouping, animal welfare, pig transport time reasonable raceway from lairage to slaughter workshop.

A2:  No, we can provide consultancy for free.
  
Q3:: Will you charge for the slaughterhouse design? 
A3:  No, design is free. Our engineer will design the slaugtherhouse or slaughter line according to customers' requirements and the land conditions.
  
Q4: What about the installation and commissionning of the equipments? 
A4: Our company will assign our experienced technical team to instruct the installation and complete the commissioning. 
  
Q5: Do you also supply the coldrooms(chilling room/freezing room/coldstore)? 
A5: Yes, we also manufacture coldrooms as per customers' meat storage capacity.
